Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Full Stack Developer in Epic Games

Great if you are well into your career and a proper employee. If you are a contractor, you are disposable.

The root of the displeasure are the higher-ups. They are disingenuous. If you are well into your career and employed you will have a safe job.If you are a contractor, you are treated as disposable. "Organized chaos" will be used as an excuse, but you will likely be marginalized and offered minimal support. Even if your co-workers are genuinely pleasant people to work with, it won't impact much how higher-ups treat you.

Pros

Employee: Good benefits

Cons

Contractor: Good luck being recognized for your work
