Great Company, especially for Listing Agents

There's a lot of benefits, and most of them are geared towards listings (yard signs, listing photos, email blasts, Facebook ads, etc). I like that they push seller leads as well as I'm trying to become more of a listing agent than a buyer's agent now. I can always get ahold of my broker and mentor so the support is great. I just wish they had an office I could go into sometimes.

Best Brokerage Ever!!!!!!

I would give this brokerage 100 stars if I could! What an amazing group of people! The team at Epique Realty bent over backwards to provide everything I needed to be successful in my business! They were supportive, encouraging, and great fun! I highly recommend this brokerage! They genuinely care about their agents. Many brokerages only claim to do what Epique actually does!

Great for new agents

I started out at Epique Realty one day after I got my license. In my first year, I closed five properties. I did not have a sphere of influence when I first joined so every single deal done in this year was through leads that the company provided me. I have gotten experience with first time buyer clients as well as million dollar clients. You have to be willing to put in the work to retain your clients but one you have the agreement, Epique's transaction team will help you get through the rest.

Great for new agents

I wanted personal attention, not more pointless classroom training which is why I chose a boutique brokerage like Epique. The training is practical advice, they’re available everyday of the week, and have a lot of benefits. Good virtual company.

Do not fall for this company

Epique is a joke. You see all these free this, free that and like oh yea! NOT!! You do pay fees, a monthly fee for whatever membership there is. Yes you do get a TC but they do not reach out. You DO NOT have a VA, that is a lie. You do get car wash membership, photos, etc. The mentorship program is a joke! They absolutely DO NOT help with anything!! You are literally learning EVERYTHING on your own. They have weekly meetings on Wednesdays but thats it! There is absolutely NO training. This is a new brokerage that still needs ALOT of work. Do not fall for all the freebies. There is absolutely NO support!! I am glad I left this brokerage. The leads that they send are worthless! I receive leads at my new brokerage and have closed 3 deals by just being with them for 2 weeks!

Unfortunately, you never showed up to any of your scheduled trainings or meetings and ghosted your Mentor on several occasions. According to the CRM you never contacted any of your leads either. After you left, your leads were given to another agent and they have converted 5 to clients they're actively working and 1 listing already from them. We are glad to see that while you say "free this and that...NOT" you then go on to actually confirm that you "do get a TC" and "you do get a car wash membership, photos, etc.". All of our perks are there, visible, and available to all agents. In addition, we have literally not one support ticket or complaint in our support log. If there were issues, we were never informed of them. Agents are responsible for participating in their own learning, their own sales, etc. and expected to let us know if there's any issues we can help with. While we do a lot for our agents, the agent has to care more about their own success than we do. We are glad you've found a place that works well for you. Crazy that you've closed "3 deals in 2 weeks" when most closings take a month. Must be all cash deals. Good luck to you!
