You are in an excellent place right now to negotiate for your employees. Your largest employer has been cherry picking workers based on a system that changes from one minute to the next. They also do immediate direct hire, for the same positions we are laboring for, while your dedicated employees are going without food, living in cars, and choosing between their medication or putting gas in a car to get to work. Your employees want to work; we really do. But your largest employer treats your employees like chattel. We are nothing more to them than scuttling roaches. We can barely afford to get there, but we show up. We show up and we give it 100%. For Epsco. Please speak up for us. We don’t want to go elsewhere; we just want to be given a chance to grow.
