Suggest that you should ask current employee and solve internally
I would review inane processes and methodologies, as well as baby sitter managers and people who have no concept of how to be effectual. I would also remove the discrimination that is prevalent.
Be compassionate with new employees.
I would hire new Directors, Managers and Human Resource Department that are not racist. I would treat all employees fair no matter if they are young, old, white, black, other, man or women. I would give all employees equal chance to advance their careers.
More transparency, better management (connecting with employees and properly utilizing their strengths would not only have improved team morale and employee satisfaction, but would also have saved the company time and money).
