I can say that EquipmentShare about a year ago was filled with everything you would or could ever want in an employer. They cared for employees; they were thoughtful and compassionate; and it really felt like a true family. That has now changed and is not who they are or what they stand for anymore.Once EquipmentShare branched out and grew, they began hiring those who liked to micromanage, degrade, and make emplouees feel like you did not matter at all. More often than not, now, when I ask someone how they like working for what once was the best company I have ever worked for, they will say it is horrible there. This makes me so sad. In many of my interviews with other companies while job searching, they have had other EquipmentShare employees trying to gain new employment, and these same complaints were told to other employers during interviews. If you like being thrown away after devoting yourself wholeheartedly to a company for years that, in the end, will care nothing about you, apply at EquipmentShare. You will come out an empty shell in the end, and they will not care in the least.

Equipment Rental Company with no real focus on the actual rental customer and the day to day of the rental industry. Not in touch with the rental industry and the boots on the ground that make rental’s happen. Corporate people with no industry knowledge, the corporate employees enjoy all the perks as a standard culture in the company as the branch level is not the case at all. They throw money at the cost centers and not at the obvious profit centers. The worst part about a company is when owners and upper management allow hostile work environments and poor treatment of employees. No backbone to standup for what is right and correct mistreatment or errors. No clear expectations of job and training. Poor training and far below the industry standard. What do you expect from a company that is given billions of dollars by investors to grow at such a rapid speed with no real experience to hire and train by qualified people. They hire all the wrong people for the wrong role. It’s unfortunate when they have some amazing talented employees without the proper support to be as successful as they could be.

After months of asking for a reasonable accommodation to be met, I was let go. HR is no help at this company. You are just a number, not a person. Management was awful. I do not recommend working here.

EquipmentShare is a dream company. I didn't know I could be paid to work for a company that cared so much about my well-being and my family. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this job and to work for such quality people. The company values are top notch and the management backs them up with action.

Very poor management and poor job security. They laid a lot of people off and expect the few people left to wear multiple hats. Yard is very muddy and they won’t buy rock or gravel to fix it so you’ll be working in the mud.
