  • They only accept applications from LinkedIn, so if you can fake it there, you are good to go. T-shirt and jeans laid back and a tour of the yard. You can't get a more pressure free interview experience. That was my interview and everyone that hired after me. Clarify everything you want in your offer clearly. Typical starting pay is most likely $18/hr. High turnover rate at this place, so don't accept unless you understand the package.

  • Just be yourself. Those guys aren't very formal.

  • Be honest about good and bad things. Very understanding company and willing to give second chances if you have a bad past.

  • Don’t me nervous. Be honest with your skills and be willing to take on daily changes.
