Regulate family hiring family completely, no exceptions, hire an utilize veterans in leadership roles, reduce pencil whipping fraudulent maintenance by enforce 3 day lead time for all heavy equipment orders, eliminating trailer inspection 5 minute ghost maintenance passes and reduce equipment swaps that happen 5 minutes after reaching destination, rushed maintenance equals needless repair cost and it's a daily beast that keeps eating profit
Fire micromanaging managers.
Hire veterans as managers they are bred to lead people in to battle, they have the capability of being inspirational leaders.
Build best practices and have a leadership team that actually leads.
