Productive

Cool place to work at. I enjoy being here. The work environment is not bad and there is no micro management. Some days are better than others but overall I can’t complain.

Company culture is a Rollercoaster ride

At the location I worked it often felt like I was on an Island by myself but other locations I visited you could see they were a team and well supported. First job I've had in a while where you could feel a palpable tension in the air at the store. Should of left months before I actual did due to the disorganization, tension and micromanaging by management. I went into that job to learn and expand my skill and ended up just wanting to get off asap everyday.

Pros

New trucks trailers and new rental equipment

Cons

New equipment always breaking down, regularly asked to do work that was unsafe by myself and against DOT regs on a regular basis, told just to "handle it" when I asked for help, also told to keep my mouth shut about equipment problems.

Great place to work

The company values your work/life balance and provides multiple benefits that are outside the norm. These include an in house gym and trainer. It was a great place to work.

Good company, better people

ES is a start up company, and you are constantly reminded that this company is still evolving and growing in major ways. Changes are constant, but that also means that the company is flexible and open to employee feed back. The people that I worked with were amazing, and this is a company I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Productive & Fun

Everyday is a new challenge and with help from management, they help you achieve that step. The company is real up to date with technology. No more paperwork or pens or writing at all! Great benefits and great people overall.

unorganized

There no certified training or DOT officer that overseas truck training. When I had a issue with training, they didn’t listen, and I was forced to resign.

Pros

Pay is decent

Cons

Management

Poor upper management

This could be a great place to work. But it's not. If you are not apart of the old Ahern click start looking for a new job ASAP. Alot of manipulation and back stabbing.

A lot of overtime bad management

I was working there but quit due to bad management in 2019-2021 it was a very toxic environment because of that reason. But they do offer a lot of overtime and you got to know your worth because they will underpay you

Great Company, but this branch has issues.

Pay for new technicians is awful when compared to the responsibility you have, the amount of work you have, and the number of butt chewings you will likely get. They want gold-level service at copper pay rates. Too much equipment and not enough technicians or shop space.

Pros

Bonuses, occasional food items.

Cons

Incompetent or plain old insane service managers. No chance of promotion. Low pay and bad raises.

Good benefits

Equipment share provides each employee a series of different health, dental, and vision health care packages after working 30 days. They also provide a 401k plan

Equipmentshare is a horrible place to work.

They hire veterans just to fire them shortly after. They expect you to know everything without giving the proper training. Some of their employees are bullies, and it seems this company has a tendency to hire former convicts and giving them a chance instead of veterans. Overall this was a horrible company to work for. I sincerely hope no veterans join their apprenticeship programs. Be wary of their bakersfield, fontana, chula vista, and colton yards.

You’re just a number

Had zero training, wasn’t even remotely helped by management, coworkers were just as lost as me and when a supervisor was finally hired on to help us they took 4 days off.I watched 4 people quit in under a month.

Pros

Bought me some nice FR clothes

Cons

Just about everything

It could be fun if they didn't have their special picks that they liked.

What is the best part of working at the company? The best part about working was that from the corporate level they care about their employees, but the local management team, general manager and service manager could care less about you. They only care about making their numbers look good to corporate but the service manager will cuss employees. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Dealing with local management, especially the service manager. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very stressful unless you are in their special little group. What is a typical day like for you at the company?I no longer work there but at first it was all good but I made the service manager made one day because I proved him wrong on a machine repair and after that he started giving me a hard time.

No work life balance all work and hypocritical work environment very bad management

What is the best part of working at the company?New equipment but that only works for a bit. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Long long hours fake concern or care from management. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Good Ole boy network if not one of the first to be hired ,your thought or cares don't matter and they will tell you that. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Start at 530 to 6 am and repair one machine after another , usually finish around 6 at night then drive home from wherever you didyour last repair.

Great Work Life Balance

It was a great place to work as an intern here. The HQ has free breakfast and lunch. Also the gym is really well managed. Pay might be on the lower end but only because of Missouri being a relatively inexpensive state and other benefits.

decent company

I was only there for a week but great people, friendly. I had to leave because I was hired for a local position but had to go out of town for training for too long

Not worth the money

The pay is decent with the overtime but the overtime is unrelenting.. They will work you more than 70 at least 10 times a year and at right at it most of the year. You get 2 days off the first 6 months your there.. the management has never driven a truck before and of course they know everything and you know nothing.. they will attack you if they don't like you because they are very unprofessional especially the manager.. He has cussed everyone there out.. Also the insurance is expensive and doesn't pay much

Pros

Overtime

Cons

Poor management and even worse time off
