Would look hire seasonal people, that could be rotated thru out the park to help cover all duties of work instead of one set task so that way everyone who works in the park would work as a team which depending on there skill sit for each department would depend on what that person would be doing when they work whatever department for that day. Sample: Instead of have three rangers standing in the check-in station when things are slow have only one then the other 2 go help clean park or gather trash out of the trash cans. Something besides standing around.

Very long process we have a guy, who has been waiting for a answer for over a month about a supervisor opening which he has pretty much been doing the job with out the pay and been one of the best we seen in over 18 yrs. Which they are crazy if someone lets this guy get away but knowing ELS Properties they will and this campground will run down even more so.

There is no known pay scale in place. As i was told by management upon hire "Minimum wage is all you will ever make" no matter what position. Also have found that pay scale is at managers discretion with any type of previous experience.
