Pay my employees the amount the industry is paying, train staff better, not have so many programs to learn and have them interlinked. Acknowledging my employees by maybe awards for a boost or thank you for working so many hours. When having to do their performance evaluation give them what they earn based off all the hard work the staff does. Say thank you and good job. Not have so any online google docs due and let the managers have time to get other things that need to done. Perform a inspection quarterly and give them a bonus based on the onsite improvements and operating and occupancy. Be there to listen. Promote within and let them know they are all appreciated for working so many hours. Better communication and listening to the employees onsite.
Interact with seasonals and weekenders and make the RV resort a safe, happy place to be. Instead of having to find manager eating in restaurant or not on grounds at all
