The goals is for CNAs and Servers to work together which worked sometimes, but other times it seemed like we were fighting for less work to do. There was always a lot of gossip but most coworkers were great to work with and I built strong relationships with everyone there.

Management was very understanding and generous with scheduling but that was also a problem because lots of people would call out and we ended up short-staffed almost everyday.

Stop allowing the people that do not with the residents make the care decisions. Get rid of Vision and Vigil-makes the job more complicated and time consuming with poor computer access.
