Sr. Sales Representative in Grand Rapids, MI

The team support especially sales support
Great opportunities to reach goals, financial freedom, and advancements. Erie construction leads the industry not only because of there premium products but also there superior customer service.

while Erie I have seen alot of negatives. they preach production without actually teaching on how to attain it. managers here are unresponsive and will treat you as though you are a second class citizen. I mainly keep my head down because I have seen how they treat others. there is so much turnover. they really do not care about you as a person. It is expected that you come in, not talk, just sit down and dial, there are insane expectations. they do not praise they only yell as motivation. I have left more days than not in tears. I have seen this happen with many others as well. my kids can even see the toll it is taking. the three that run this place are flat out mean. They run people who care about employees and their lives out of the building. This is not a good place to work. The job itself is not hard. The hard part is the managers. I really hope they make changes to make things better. This really could be a good place to work if they had the right managers in here to help employees succeed. the enviorment is slipping and people are not happy.
Marketing Agent in Toledo, OH

You'll be stuck, especially if you're good Goals change constantly, commissions are rarely paid out. They actually make you sign a waiver stating you consent to your comission being cancelled as they see fit and if you don't sign it, they fire you.

The best part about this job is management will adjust your schedule as needed, however, there is not much support from management while actually working. Also, they play favorites even though they say it's all fair. It's not very challenging or fulfilling work so at least it's easy, even if it is a little boring. Oh and team meetings are mandatory even if it's your day off so you have to stop whatever you're doing on your day off and attend, they claim they pay you for it but even if you log in they still don't. Pay is decent for how easy the job is. Lastly, the whole company feels disorganized. They feel like a local business that's expanding too quickly, there's a lot of disconnect between departments.

Great job a lot of drive time but the benefits and compensation is incredible. Plenty of support from management down to your cod workers. Everyone wants to see each other succeed.
