100% love working here. The culture is great and I enjoy working along side everyone in the office. Although management can be busy at times as it's a fast growing company they still take the time to help out and check up on their employees. I've always felt appreciated since day one.
Apprehensive. The managers are always unpredictable in their expectations and their moods. Zero consistency. Reward bad behavior and shun the good. Marketing dept needs a manager overhaul
An utter waste of time. Drive 1-1.5 hours to
Someone who either doesn’t answer the door or is expecting a free roof. Repeat that 2-3 More times that day with potentially an hour drive between. Finally get in the door at an appointment to find their credit is 390. Maybe 2-3 real leads per week that have money/credit/need a roof. Then try to talk them into buying something 3x as expensive as everyone else
Was literally the worst job I ever had. Zero morals scammed customers and don't care about the employees (salesman) at all.
Horrible sitting through daily training being told how we have to scam the customers
It's like going to visit people every day, have a good time, learn to like each other, and have fun making a ton of money, how could you not like that???😂😋
I love waking up in the morning now I don’t mind turning off the alarm
Excited and motivated
I feel energetic and motivated to make money everyday.
I look forward to giving to my company who gives a lot to me.
Even on the tough days , a bad day at Erie is still a great Day because of the bigger picture of being part of a solid organization.
The high accountability placed on me motivates me to succeed. I am a giver, Erie is s giver. It’s a good environment.
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
