What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Erie Home?

The amount of evening leads that they tell you that you will be running is misleading. I was told that there are only a couple of late evenings a week but it ended up being my primary appointments set by the company
Be yourself and be moldeable, being able to adapt to the selling system is key! Don’t try to reinvent the wheel!
