Company has lost it's vision
Customer Sales and Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Rock Hill, SCOctober 8, 2018
Company has lost sight of servicing the customer above all else. Regional management does not want to make decisions and regions are suffering for it.

Eriks North America - Rawson Co. (Business Unit)
Corporate Accountant (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXNovember 20, 2017
There is no on-boarding process. There are no processes in place that management has created for the mid-level accountant to reference. The current ERP system has many issues creating work that can triple the use of resources to confirm your own data. Accounting management talks badly about their employees to their subordinates creating a negative work environment. Vulgarity is an issue regarding this specific management creating a very unprofessional culture. Rawson Co. was acquired several years ago. Hopefully, the ERIKS corporate culture and structure will bring order to Rawson, especially the accounting department leadership. Not a good place to work as compared to other private and public companies.

Account manager III (Former Employee) –  Roanoke, VAAugust 15, 2017
This was a terrible experience from day one. Lied about compensation package, hid information about p&l's, no on boarding, unrealistic goals and no clear metrics.

Great Company/Beware Management
Branch Manager (Former Employee) –  North DakotaMay 14, 2015
Had big hopes with this company. But, the reality was a far cry from the promises. Very closed corporate culture, not women/minority friendly. Great potential for the right person.
Pros
Tons of opportunity for advancement
Cons
Must fit the corporate profile
