Poor Management

The managers fully believe they are better than everybody in the entire hospital except for one. They make it a point to differentiate the nurses and the text even though your title literally does not matter. It takes one second to be nice to people. Some of the texts are literally ridiculous, and spend most of their time causing drama, and being rude to Everybody else around them.

I worked at the hospital for a month but a, very familiar with the city and services available in mental health care in Chattanooga

The hospital does not support the behavioral side of a Behavioral Health hospital, however the staff is doing what they can with heart to combat the systemic areas affecting the patients and healing of the patients. There is a disconnent between the medical and behavioral staff as far as expectations that need to be re-considered. On paper Arcadia appears to be collaborating alright with Erlange...

It had some awesome staff but management was awful

I had a love hate relationship with this job. Mental health is a great job to work and I had so many peers that were amazing! Management was terrible. They, like many had their friends and favorites and openly talked about other employees. The pay was good. Benefit ok.
