Every day is more and more uncomfortable going to wk as u see the upper management and there favs click up, whisper, go to lunch together and give stares and do it so unapologetically. I was so excited and really looked forward to this job, however now it isnt at all what I was told or expected. Im very disappointed but whats worse is I would be better off quitting than addressing it and dealing with the retaliation. Not a pleasant atmosphere at all.

The CEO and management team does not care about the employees and or patients. Staff members were put in dangerous situation (for example, one tech on the floor with twenty to twenty-four unstable suicidal and or homicidal violent individuals at times with one nurse behind the desk) patients were not provided adequate treatment. I would strongly recommend finding placement elsewhere for your loved ones.

It is a pressure driven atmosphere. In my opinion they value the dollar over patient care. The hardest part of the job was appealing to management no questions are to be ask or will be considered questioning management.

While this kind of work is extremely demanding on a MHT, the culture of this place can be great if management was supportive of their workers. With a good attitude, you can appreciate the fact that you are making a difference in some of these patient's lives, but it is hard when some of the people here do not seem qualified to perform the duties asked of them.Need MHTs who are extremely eager to serve and a management that enforces discipline.

This company does not care about the "lower end" employees such as the techs that work directly with the patients. The bottom line is strictly about money. The units are filthy and the carpets....probably growing mold and unimaginable things underneath. I would not put a half dead rodent in this "hospital". The patient accountability is zero and there is NOTHING therapeutic about the patients' stay there. SAD working conditions, units are short staffed all the time, staff is late reporting to work all the time. During my time that I was employed there, I witnessed staff sleeping on the job at times and constantly disappearing off the units leaving the unit short staffed. Serious safety concerns were taken lightly and staff operated haphazardly. There were a few good techs and nurses working there but I doubt if they are still there due to the way that this organization "operates" least if they had sense, they would get out of there with the quickness!!!
