I applied in October got an interview at the end of January, the interview was smooth and easy the Security Director really made it easy he was cool and laid back which made me feel comfortable.

None. If you even get any vacation days, you'll have to cash them in instead of taking actual time off. Staff is always shorthanded because the new hires who have a brain won't stay long, so you won't be able or allowed to leave for any real amount of time.

Good diverse culture. Supervisors/directors in my neck of the woods are abusive, power/control hungry, untrustworthy and downright lazy. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a better job!
