You are just a warm body employee. Even if you have a nice warmhearted and caring supervisor, the higher ups will make sure that comes to and end, I mean they will put a stop to it.

None. If you even get any vacation days, you'll have to cash them in instead of taking actual time off. Staff is always shorthanded because the new hires who have a brain won't stay long, so you won't be able or allowed to leave for any real amount of time.
