A typical day was answering the phone input of invoices for accounts payable and running checks once a week. I used my typing skills more typing up customer proposals. The hardest part of my job was not keeping busy enough and the most enjoyable was learning more about the company.
Poor management skills. They don't trust, respect, or value their employees nor their opinions. They prefer to accept gossip as the truth. They employ unqualified help. More concerned with image and social status than reality. Owner is self obsorbed & egotistical has no appreciation or honor for those that carried him to success.
