Hire fair experienced nurses to run nursing. Management heavy and not enough staff for the patients. Patients are too sick to have so many per nurse. Plus the blood draws plus the answering lights. Let nurses return to nursing work. Value the nurses. Empower them and set them up for success. It is not success when you put so much on them. And quit hiring friends for all the management positions. New nurses belong in the battlefields and not managing what they don't even know.

Make sure family issues don't affect work. Maybe family shouldnt work in same area. Listen to both sides of employee as well as supervisor issues.
