I held a specialized position here, so my experience is not reflective of the typical job you'd get at Ernie Ball. Most of the positions are production labor, and are decent factory jobs.
Pay is ok for production jobs, with yearly cost-of-living type raises. Good benefits, aside from the health plan, but that's becoming the norm everywhere now.
The best aspect of the job is the 4/10 schedule. Three day weekends every week, with overtime available a few times a year.
