I initially had a phone interview. HR recruiter was awesome. Then I waited a few weeks and received an in person interview. They gave a great job description and what my responsibilities would be if I was hired. I was offered the job and accepted it. In all the process took about six months. Be patient and thorough it is well worth the wait to work at this company,
