I applied online. Was emailed to attend a new hire meeting. At the meeting I was advised to get an emergency certificate. I did the class, did all my clearances, emailed a photo for my ID, and that was it. Got an again stating I was hired and can set myself up with the online subbing system.

There is no interview. The company invites you to an information meeting and later a training session that you pay for. That is what they call interviews.
