It depends a lot on where you work. Every department is different. Professional departments function pretty well. Very tough to have work life balance if you are a manager.
Essentia deer river EMS. The culture is like a junior high clique. Managers favor certain individuals. People try to get you in trouble for the smallest things. There are “ relationships “ between management and staff. If you don’t drink the essentia cool aid you are an outcast. It takes an act of god to get a straight answer out of management.
The work environment was stressful at times with all the surgeries but overall a great place.
