We want our employees to have a healthy balance between work and home life, and the plant is closed Friday through Sunday to help facilitate this. Also, employees are never penalized for not coming to work in bad conditions; we understand that road conditions will not be the same in all areas.

Essick is growing, and that results in a busy environment. That growth also requires a large warehouse to hold a lot of product. It is very important that our warehouse employees know the procedures to keep them safe on the floor, as well as knowing the products so our orders are processed correctly.
