I'm in KY and work for a retail company, Stage Stores: Peebles, Beals, Stage, Royal Palais & Goodys. I am a smaller store so, we just have one Lauder Counter Manager and one Clinique Counter Manager. We get paid $10.50 an hour (this is counting a raise we got before Christmas) and we get 3% commission. I know we are severely underpaid compared to most.
