Pay the well experienced for the knowledge they bring, and stop hiring just anyone off the street for min wages . Regional and AE's need an attitude adjustment. The are useless.

Do not let employees go if they are doing well in the company and hitting their goals. Lauder is very relationship based and it is hard hiring a new beauty advisor, teaching them the ropes, and having them build up clientele over again.

Given the nature of the job, I do not think there is much that could be done. Additional time off without penalty would have helped me, but could have been potentially disastrous for the company
