Memphis is worst than all terminals

Every terminal is different. Some terminals are very un organized. Loads are all screwed up, for example a delivery thats around the corner from the terminal is loaded in the nose? Driving around in circles yet dispatch questions drivers "what takes them so long to finish making deliveries". Dock workers are pushed to hurry up and break trls so hence the bad loads. Office personel handles crazy phone calls all day. The moral in my terminal is wack. People just show up for a paycheck and call it a day. But what do you espect when some management act the same way; clock in just for a check. The company is good overal buy like every other job out there, the moral and culture always depends on the people you work with. Some terminals have awesome managent that actualy show they care about you, others give you a bottle of water with your burger and say your lucky you even got anything. Its a shoot or miss. Pay is very competative and benifits are great too. Schedule depends on the terminal itself shifts can vary from 5am-3pm for P&D and 7pm-? For Shuttle drivers and line haul.

Horrible. Even if you go in and just do your job it is never good enough. Managers talk down and belittle you. Job issues are rarely resolved. Great amount of turnover for office staff.
