Customer Service Associate (Former Employee) – Ogden, UT – February 28, 2018
The training period is about 2 months and within that time, every day you are learning so much information. If you miss any days, you could easily fall behind and miss important information. Can be very stressful at times during the learning curve. The personal growth from working at Esurance was astounding and definitely something I can carry into my next position. Great experience. Wonderful trainers, supervisors and mentors. Call center type job without the "call center" stereotype. But if sitting in a cubicle, talking on the phone all day is not for you, thats exactly what this job is.
Free merch (water bottles, lunch bag etc.), Free lunch somedays, treats and snacks, awesome break room, benefits
Corporate Employee (Current Employee) – Work from home – February 17, 2018
I enjoy working for Esurance as they offer a great PTO policy along with descent benefits (best if it's you only) and they make an effort to listen to you. It is a corporation so there is always a few things that people don't love but for me I really have no complaints. There is good work / life balance, flexibility in hours and WFH options, great team collaboration, and the technology is continually improving. The San Francisco office is nice - in the heart of the financial district, walking distance from the embarcadero and a Starbucks. One final note - the organization really tries to promote from within. There are multiple trainings offered for free to help you learn and grow, and they encourage you to try new things. I am a happy employee.
