Great place to work. I like attending the Journal Club meetings and learning more about how important functional biomarkers are. Most everyone gets along well.

I love telling people about what I do, where I work, and all of the patients we are helping. When people ask me about the company logo on my jacket or my shirt, it usually ends up in a 20-minute conversation about Ethos Labs, pain management, and functional biomarkers of pain.

“At will” employment at this company. They can can and will let you go at any moment without reason. However as an employee you must give two weeks notice in order to be eligible for rehire.

They make it sound like we’re the only ones doing bio markers but we’re not. I found that out. It’s embarrassing to think we may not pass accreditation. I just tell people now I work for a lab but not where.

Loved my job, but some serious problems. It’s becoming like any other company. If you threaten to quit, then they’ll come up with money to try to keep you...too little concern too late. At one time I felt pride to say I worked there. Now I tell them almost embarrassed til I can leave.

I love telling people about our Functional Biomarker testing. We are the only lab in the country that offers this kind of testing. Our primary mission at Ethos is to help people. Nearly 3 out of 4 pain management patients we have tested have at least one abnormal biomarker result, meaning they can be helped by something other than prescription pain killers.
