Nothing now. The "stressful" people have finally moved on. Now the teams can work together more and actually get stuff done that is beneficial to everyone.

Sometimes we are very busy, and there is a lot of work to get done in a short amount of time. This can be stressful, but we get through it. This isn't always a good fit for some people who can't handle the extra work or being busy. I guess they would rather just punch the clock and go home. However, most employees at Ethos are incredibly dedicated and will do what is needed to get the job done.

Increased cliques, growing lack of care about employees. We’ll probably have another good Xmas party, but the caring where it’s needed is increasingly no there, and makes going to work a major stress.

Things change constantly. Pay and thinking we’ll be here for the long haul is a concern. The really positive answers in here must be by management because the average employee doesn’t feel so lucky.

Management doesn’t really seem to care, and the culture I loved is quickly becoming a thing of the past. I really miss some of the good, skilled and caring people who use to work there.
