Paid time off plus sick time so you don't have to use your vacation time when you're sick or when your kids are sick. You can use 2 hours at a time, so it's great for medical appointments too.

40 hours of Sick Time annually, in addition to your PTO. The owners/leadership made this change in 2018 to add Sick Time based on employee feedback. It just goes to show that if you can constructively bring ideas to the owners/leadership, good changes can happen!

We finally got some sick time added...about time. I’ve gone to work so sick at times, and still struggle to find a sitter when my kids are sick. Not a great place to work if you have kids.

I got 10 days PTO. Finally HR got us some extra days for sick, but compared to what I got in my new job other employers are much more supportive of work and home life balance.

You don't have sick days per say you are given PTO in general to use as needed. You are given floating holidays as well. At times when the owners and management know times have been rough they give us another PTO day because they want to make sure you get time off.

Not great. You were made to feel bad if you had scheduled appointments even with documentation.
