2-3 weeks They will call you have someone talk to you over phone. If you pass they call you back to come in. You come talk and then you go back for working interview. Yet you can't work as your not an employee yet. They want to feel out your personality.
I can only speak of my experience with the Bulger practice... first was a phone interview with the tech supervisor of that department (i.e. ER or GP), followed by an in person interview with the tech supervisor, then a meeting with the head tech supervisor, after that you wait for an orientation (I believe they have one every 2 weeks). I would say it took 2 weeks; luckily for me there was an orientation pretty soon after I was hired.
