No company can succeed by fear, first we must have them buy in on a plan of advancement an progression. No progression no progress, no raises or a moral boost. Management, who I would like to be a part of must feel their need and see the companies. I'm not looking for a large wage or bonus., but with the managers already employed hey must be screed and evaluated on their long term focus and outlook of the companies future, after all thats what's at stake here.

Hire managers who understand work life balance and have a small amount on empathy for employees.
Hire managers who value employees.
Bring pay up to area scale.
Find managers who don't manage by fear or threat.
