Very busy day.
I learned that I had to learn how to do my job by trial and error.
Had to wonder if anyone was going to call out or wonder what equipment would not be working when I got in i.e. refrigeration, ovens, etc.
Adding more to the daily work load with an inexperienced team is the hardest part of the job.
Most enjoyable part of the job was - more ... hearing the good things about our food service operation and the fact that we did a good job with our catering. - less
