Lack of organization
Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  New JerseyJuly 25, 2018
EGM has many supervisory layers that operate using antiquated “command and control” philosophies. This results in a lack of structure and organization. In addition, you must constantly deal with blatant ignorance and disrespect.
Pros
Opportunity to meet interesting people within the industry.
Cons
Thuggish, trumpesque, and unpredictable environment..
