I was hired after 1 interview. Every franchise is different. Some of the owners are more involved than others. It is a process. I work with only females so it is crucial to our culture that we all mesh very well together. That is an important aspect to the interview process. Another component is being all around professional because you are a salesman, your first sales job is selling yourself to the interviewer.

They wanted us to get everyone in and out as fast as they could without caring about doing a good job, and everytime someone would call and complain the manager would sweep it under the rug.
