I was hired after 1 interview. Every franchise is different. Some of the owners are more involved than others. It is a process. I work with only females so it is crucial to our culture that we all mesh very well together. That is an important aspect to the interview process. Another component is being all around professional because you are a salesman, your first sales job is selling yourself to the interviewer.
I was interviewed once, twice, three times and the fourth interview and was told they are going on a hiatus I’ll hear back soon! Which mean I didn’t get the job. Which is respectable but all those interviews was a waste of my time and talent I hope they find what their looking for I’m sure someone white Run the business.
It depends who you are interviewed by. I was interviewed for 3 hours by both the franchisees AND an employee to “see if they liked me”.
My center was a franchise owned and wasn’t opened yet. One interview over the phone and a face to face at a coffee shop where I was hired on the spot
I’ve had 4 different interviews and haven’t been hired yet but they keep calling me for a interview
No tour of the room or area you will work in. Request one and get the vibes. It was outside a coffee shop.
Focused on great customer service/

The company itself I loves. The system used was horrible. Just to many steps to register a person. Took a while to get used to it.
