Stagnant pay and difficult students but supportive environment. Pay will be low and stagnant. It will take years to make the money you truly deserve.

Toxic culture. Look elsewhere. Unresponsive management and administration. Minimal respect for experience. Students disrespectful without consequences. Run the other way, this district is awful.
Support Staff in Evanston, IL
on November 20, 2021
Administrators will blame educators and support staff for anything and everything. "Taking accountability" is just a phrase that gets thrown around by upper admin, but it holds no actionable value in the long term. Administrators enjoy touting their superiority while attempting to hide their contempt and distain for educators and support staff.
