1. Eliminate all coaching positions and other frivolous non-teaching positions.
2. Allow teachers to teach the curriculum the way each individual sees best based on the expertise each brings into the classroom. Stop micromanaging.

As a teacher we are salaried meaning we work more than just a typical 40 hour work week. In my last year there I taught 9 classes when we were only contracted for 5 with no compensation. I had after school activities I was in charge of that made many days 12 + hours not including grading 9 classes worth of student works
