Evariant is a startup company that is still having growing pains.I learned some basic Linux commands and increased my knowledge about managed packages in Salesforce. I was starting to learn more about Salesforce Lightning.

Evariant is a great company that has gone through many changes over the past few years. The company is still struggling with some of those changes and getting acclimated to a new CEO. You have to be extremely flexible, like a constantly changing environment and a very laid back culture
Pros
the people, culture, free lunches, benefits
Cons
many changes in management

Full Time Employee (Former Employee) –  Farmington, CTOctober 24, 2016
Management and sales make promises that they do not keep. No career path or advancement opportunities. No concept of training . They roll out product enhancements in unrealistic timeframes. Making employees look bad
Pros
Hard to find
Cons
Management, stressful environment, no career paths, no bonus, no salary increases.

Great people, struggling company
Manager (Former Employee) –  Farmington, CTJune 29, 2016
A lot of talented people and great teams to work with. Unfortunately, large egos in Product Development are likely to cause the demise of this really good company. What was a very entrepreneurial organization with great people took a major downward turn when the tail started waging the dog. Product does not take clients' needs/client interaction into account with focus, development or even basic social and business skills. They even lost sight of the company's mission, vision and values.
This could have been a great company for Connecticut. For now they are trying to pull the pieces back together.
Pros
Talented People; nice perks like free meals
Cons
Weird series of hiring and laying off from 2014 to present; No 401k Match

Transparent company with terrific culture.
Instructional Designer (Former Employee) –  Farmington, CTMarch 25, 2016
I thoroughly enjoyed working for Evariant. All levels of management (all the way to the CEO level) were transparent, approachable, kind, and respectful.

Onsite and remote town hall meetings were regularly hosted live by the CEO where he provided information, and openly answered questions from all levels of the organization.

This company invested in employees in terms of annual meetings, exceptional events, internal education, and much more.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering employment with them.
Pros
Breakfasts and lunches provided by local restaurant 2-3 times per week, work/life balance was always valued, management transparency, relaxed culture.

Strategic Account Manager Digital Sales (Current Employee) –  Farmington, CTJuly 20, 2015
Search is more efficient on “intent” based campaigns – the procedure, condition and service line campaigns.
Harder Call-to-Actions - for search to work, the user needs to take the first step.

In broader campaigns search isn’t as effective as the user doesn’t know they should be searching to get tested for something they didn’t know they could get.
This requires more education where display/social awareness pieces are more effective.

Social is best used for a nurturing element, to teach and be the initial engagement with the user
Softer Call-to-Actions

Posts will promote searches in the future
Display (ads, mobile, video etc.) is best used as a compliment. It lacks the intent and/or level of engagement that search/social has
Can work to influence both – to promote searches and reinforce social engagement
Pros
Take care of employees
Cons
Unstable workforce.high turnover
