No hours and organization in Dearborn.

Run if they hire you , they interview family first and friendly
Reality hits after the first month , they care about their client not the customer and you are stuck in the middle of a no win situation
I left a great job for this company and was I wrong
Nothing about working retail is similar to this
Terrible management, hostile environment and belittled by management, favoritism, lack of hours. no room for advancement.
Our store never had hours for their employees. Less people scheduled, more work. Our guest deserved better.
Lack of advancement, poor pay, and terrible managers.
If the Hancock Building store is still run by the same woman when I worked there, run. And she openly admits that she is openly feuding with the the manager at the Sears Tower
Was let go after working at the museum for nearly 20 years.
