Great clients ,tips and coworkers are great
I love working for EGM the clients are so nice . I love my work schedule and the tips are great too.The owners have a power trip issue and talk in a condescending tone. It could be better
Hours are not as promised , communications is sometimes slow if you are having a problem because communication is through a app.. sometimes the timing of a home cleaning isn’t estimated too well. Training sucks because people do not have patience for others. The best part is how close some clients are. There are no benefits.

Wasn’t a great work experience for me!
Everything was fine in the beginning but over time they began to show favoritism, cut hours, supervisors speak to you poorly, co workers that were favored would act like they were better than others, the pay was inconsistent, I can go on and on.
