quick-paced and fun work environment, Independent and Collaborative work

While Everpresent is a fun place to work, you are required to work at a quick pace to meet certain deadlines. It has a unique balance of independent and collaborative work. If you are the type of person that likes to have different things to work on each day instead of doing repetitive tasks then EverPresent is the place for you.
Occasional company parties, Accommodates schedule changes
A great place to build your skills, while still being entry-level

This is a great place to work for so many reasons. One is that the people here are honest, engaged, caring people who don't backstab each other and who take the mission of the company seriously. The culture is mission-focused and not corporate-ladder-climbing. Another is that management works very hard to make working here pleasant, even though budgets are tight. Another is that they find creative ways to accommodate employee needs, and are ALWAYS open to our thoughts, ideas and feedback. Most importantly, it's an ideal place to grow. There are lots of training opportunities, and if you speak up about a desire to do something (in a different department, or a different role), management finds a way to try it out, and if it works, great, and if not, try something else. It's the perfect spot if you are entry-level (i.e. just out of school, a stay-at-home parent re-entering workforce, doing a career change, recent retiree, etc) but want to do something meaningful. People usually start in a certain position, and then depending on what you are good at and like, management will find a way to use you best and you will be happy because you are in a spot doing something you are good at and like! It's a perfect place to build skills and gather experience, while having management's support and training available. I love my job here!!
Management flexibility, good people, meaningful work

EverPresent is a good fit for those who just want a simple place to lay their hat and earn some money to supplement other interests such as freelancing or school. It's also a strong fit for those motivated enough to excel and grow when faced with a challenge and dive into new and exciting roles. It does not cater as well to those who fall in the middle of those two categories. The company is by no means perfect, but because of that, there are a multitude of growth opportunities both personal and professional.

EverPresent is a great place to work. The managers and leaders there are very easy going. While there are times of urgency in deadlines, there isn't much stress in regards to someone always being right on top of you while you work. Hours are extremely flexible. Everyone there is very personable.
If you're interested in working with old and new technology, this is where it happens

The work done day-to-day is mostly the same, but clients often have varying materials, requests, and changes in their orders, making for new challenges. It definitely encourages communicating with co-workers and analyzing technology to get the best transfers to our clients, efficiently. The work environment is very clean and quiet, so distractions are rare, but not everyone says "hello" to or even interacts with each other. The most difficult part, for me, is the occasional monkey wrench to the work flow--a new job with more material due sooner than the ones you're working on will pop up, someone else might do work on your station, so often things aren't the way you left them, or some client material is simply impossible to work with for a variety of reasons. Ultimately though, it's worthwhile getting to work with old and new hardware, and making so many meaningful moments in time viewable again.
Cozy work environment, easy getting in and out, very unique business
Starts small, you may have to deal with city traffic, not for the technologically inept

If you're looking for benefits and streamlined management and expectations this is not the place for you. Long hours, high expectations, low pay, lots of stress, and hardly any benefits makes working here a nightmare.
