On call for union is 1.5 or 3 at your rate. Then if called into work applicable rate applies. All this is for union people in western mass

Depends on location and if Union or not. My recommendation is go union. 2-weeks after year of employment, 10-sick days then a short term disability policy that is not all that bad considering. Varies by state, location and union.

Depends on what and where. There are parts that are still like the old NU. Otherwise it is now a terrible place. Micro managed, money driven, and silo type bonus structure. Each department out for themselves.
