I interviewed for the call center customer service 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything until today. I am very anxious.I check my status every day and it has not change from " interviewing underway " Should I contact a HR person for a follow up ? The class is suppose to start on 01/22.

The start date has actually been moved to feb 5th

My interview was 3 weeks ago as well, I was contacted two days after as a finalist. The start date has been pushed to 1/29.

I applied did the assessment test my status went from screening test in progress to under review does that’s mean I am no longer qualified? And did they tell you the class starts the 22nd?

I interviewed for the same position three weeks ago as well. I reached out to HR and was just told “they would be in touch when decisions were made”
