Every Child Achieves (ECA) is a therapist-owned home-based early intervention program dedicated to delivering the highest quality infant development services, Pediatric Occupational Therapy, Pediatric Physical Therapy, & Pediatric Speech Therapy. All of our services are connected to the state early start funding. We are vendored to deliver these services in partnership with seven regional centers covering the greater Los Angeles region, Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Downtown Los Angeles, East Los Angeles, South Los Angeles, and surrounding areas. Our mission is to be a "change-maker," and our goal to achieve that through building a collaborative team of the most qualified clinicians and expertise, ensuring we deliver the highest caliber therapy outcomes.

Our interdisciplinary team of over 80 experienced clinicians creates an incredible work culture despite being in a very independent environment. We have 2 virtual team meetings a month, one of which is the full company collaboration. The other meeting is a clinical collaboration for therapists to share ideas and challenges while also offering educational content.

We are one of the unique early intervention agencies where every team member is an employee.
