Most unprofessional place ever
Dental Assistant (Former Employee) –  Weston, WIFebruary 8, 2018
The doctor is completely rude to her assistants. She might be nice for a month or two then everything she loses her mind. The doctor has made comments about the light complexion of ones skin, that they do not work as hard as darker completed people. There were multiple comments such as this.
Prepare to be told " whoever doesn't do ____ next is fired!" Most demanding doctor.

This place is a joke. Long hours, no lunches, only care about getting the patients in and out. Not caring or listening to patients concerns. Definitely a factory

Not a productive place to work, people are not trustworthy
Dental Assistant (Former Employee) –  Wausau, WIJanuary 4, 2018
Bad place to work always have to be one step ahead of your coworkers . Always having to watch your back people play game that can cost you your job. They do not care if it hurt you or not just want to look good to the Dr. Which is a nice person, but doesn't see or doesn't care about the spiteful games that coworker play against those that they are intimidated by or do not like.

Dental Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILNovember 17, 2017
when I first got the job the manager stated that there would be a bones provided if the team meets "goal" , manager also stated that most of the time the team meets bones . when I work their was only 2 months that goal was provided , rumor was that this always happen even before I worked there.
manager has her favorites of course, and will treat employees that didn't appeal to her unfairly she will not talk to you professionally . however the owner was really nice to all of us and most of the employees are awesome.
Pros
awesome employees, good work hours, the most nicest owner ever
Cons
almost no bones, no benefits, worst managment ever, 1/2 a brake, bad pay, did i mention bad maneger ?

Worst place to work
Dental Assistant (Former Employee) –  Weston, WINovember 13, 2017
Poor management, terrible hours, the dentist acts like a 16yr. Old, always talking behind your back to everyone in office. There was never any training, just thrown into it the first day. The manager is a joke, she is never in office and expects you to do everything, even though you were never trained how to do it.

Unlike any other workplace
Dental Assistant (Former Employee) –  McHenry, ILOctober 10, 2017
the management was very immature and the environment was dirty and all the work was rushed. The employees were never taken care of and there was constant drama which made working there very undesirable and stressful. Pay increased was promised to many people but it was never given and when asked there was always an excuse. Hours were irregular and doctors didn't have any type of sympathy for patients, everything was for production.

Room to improve
RDA (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILAugust 11, 2017
If you are a hard worker and compliant with the rules, this is a place for you. Yes, you start with low pay and no benefits. But your hard work is never overlooked. The company pays bonus, paid time off, and even a raise if they see you deserve it.
Pros
the owner, bonus, room to improve
Cons
no 401k

Don't recommend for building a career.
Dental Assistant (Former Employee) –  McHenry, ILJuly 31, 2017
Terrible place to work 3 and a half hour working interview not paid for. One of the doctors likes to triple book patients and is always behind leaving patients wait for long periods. Very unorganized and assistants are unprofessional swearing around patients as well as calling out newbies mistakes in front of other assistants. Have assistants polishing knowing they're not certified.
Pros
paid lunch if you dont leave building
Cons
not so friendly coworkers, underpaid, heavy workload

Terrible Company
Dental Assistant (Former Employee) –  Weston, WIJuly 25, 2017
Horrible management, no structure, long hours and you don't always get your scheduled lunch. Schedule is constantly over booked, while running short staffed. No manager in the office to turn to for questions or complaints. The general manager is 5 hours away, and is usually unreachable, no matter how many times you call. They do offer a monthly bonus, but the goal is always unreachable, and is constantly changing. No benefits, no sick days/personal days, no paid holiday's, no vacation, no uniform allowance or reimbursement, no lab coats provided. I don't recommend anyone, to ever work for this company.

Terrible place to work
Dental Assistant (Former Employee) –  Weston, WIJune 28, 2017
Poor management. Terrible drama every day. Doctor purposely pushes people to quit that she no longer wants there so it "doesnt look bad on the company". The doctor herself talks so much drama and says very inappropriate things in front of patients. There are very few patients that come in because of poor advertising. The doctor even writes fake perscriptions to pateints that she thibks is faking the pain. This place is a joke and does so many illegal things. I would never recommend anyone to work or be seen there.
Cons
No benitfits. No paid holidays or vacation.

Never work here if looking for a professional office thank goodness
Dental Assistant (Current Employee) –  McHenry, ILFebruary 18, 2017
Never work here if looking for a professional office. Management sucks, theres more drama then needs to be, gossip and rumors are started so much it has made doctors leave, the front desk people are rude. There's only maybe two or three assistants that won't likely cause drama. The doctors are good if they stick around long enough to tell.
Cons
Short breaks, no time for lunches, no bonuses, no respect from management and owner.

Dental Assistant (Current Employee) –  Utica, ILOctober 4, 2016
Hours are 9 to 6 with an hour lunch break but sometimes you work into your lunch. Your coworkers are okay if you have to leave early or com in late. Sometimes easy to find someone to cover your shift. Everyone is underpaid and there are no benefits or incentives at all. a monthly bonus is offered if you reach "goal" but it's always unreachable and if you do reach it you have to rag to management and beg for your bonus. Doctors are in and out of the office so you feel insecure about the job you have and if the doctor you work with will be there in 6 months. They have a god awful call center and no clear line of communication. Management is very poor and not qualified. They don't care about their employees or doctors. They never fix things that are broken and never return calls or answer questions. The schedule is always too full and over booked so you're always running behind. I wouldn't recommend it to anyway and I wouldn't recommend it to patients.
Pros
Coworks all get along. Good hours and optional over time
Cons
Underpaid, Understaffed, poor management, very stressful, over booked, broken and dirty

Dental Assistant (Current Employee) –  McHenry, IL 60050September 26, 2016
If you can work 12 hours shifts with no break... This is the job for you!

Too many patients. Home scheduling office has no idea that it takes more than 10 minutes for a root canal. Thank goodness the dentists are good. They will not compromise their work.

Backed up patients only leads to stress and unhappy employees. A lot of negativity from employee managers.
Pros
Owner great

Management horrible
