I like the company but the people are the ones who make the decisions and they do not listen to your opinion on some things. They take the customer side and they may fire you. Some people are not good trainers. They think training is someone else's job and they will "throw you under the bus."

CPSI went through a re-branding and is now known as Evident. This was done to try and obtain new customers to brush off any bad infamy associated with the name. There are opportunities to move up pretty high here, however don't expect to get ANY pay increase unless you're lucky. Based off my experience and off others, it's best to just goof off and barely get by so you don't overwork yourself. If you show initiative and skill, you will be put into extremely stressful environments, your travel will be taken away and you will be put onto salary making less money than the slackers.
It's a messed up system and upper management lacks the capacity to understand that by keeping their veteran employees, they may be able to provide, not better quality support, but a more quality system in which the customer truly comes first. I was not proud to work their, however it does open up some doors for opportunities at other companies!

Its a great place to work. Relaxed atmosphere and people are easy to get along with. People on your team will go out of their way to help you and help you understand any concept that you are having trouble with.
