I applied through their website which takes you through jobvite. I received an email to complete online testing the next business day. The following business day after that I received an email to come in for an in person interview the same week.

Applied in mid April 2018, had my phone interview the week after. Was sent an email for an in person interview with 4 supervisors of the dept. in mid May. Offered the position mid June...my start date is July 9th. Enough time to give a 2 week notice.

The average pay rate for the customer service department is around $14.00. Reps answer customer service calls from members and provider offices. They assist with a number of different issues ranging from general customer service, claims review, payment inquiries, payment and premium review/processing, and authorization review/denial explanation.
