Simplify structure to enable quick decision-making. Create strong training curriculum with ample hands-on learning in SAP training client. Provide Corp and BL contact lists so new employees know exactly who can help them with issues and questions. Don't rush project deadlines when it is apparent things are not ready and do not expect others to work excessive OT to try and fix what's broken.

Interview process is very relaxed and is done in a group setting. Basic questions about your education and previous work experience are the most intense questions they ask. Be sure to bring your resume and copy of your transcripts, even though you tuned those in with your application.

4 Different Shifts A,B C,D A= days 6a-6p B= nights 6p-6a (for 3 days on) then the next 3 days C=days 6a-6p D= nights 6p-6a for three days (the 3 days A and B have off and Vice Versa)
